RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our standard policy for exchanges is as follows:
  1. Within three (3) days of receipt of parcel, e-mail the nature of your return request to manager@barrysdancewear.com or contact us at (480)946-3651.
  2. An authorization number will be given. Place the return authorization number on the outside lower left hand corner of the package. The return postage amount will be billed to your previous payment method.
  3. Parcel must then be mailed to us within four (4) business days.
  4. Merchandise will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
  5. Merchandise must be received by Barry's Dancewear as was mailed to you, this means not worn, soiled or altered and with the original packaging and tags.
  6. Exchanges are the method of choice as all refunds are subject to restocking charges.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Barry's Dancewear requires certain personal information as needed to process your order. We do not share your personally identifiable information with any third party interest except as required to complete your order, obtain payment, and arrange shipping of merchandise ordered through our website or by telephone.

EMAIL

Barry's Dancewear may periodically distribute newsletters, sale offerings, or other invitations to visit our website/storefront. Any email distributed by Barry's Dancewear will always contain instructions for opting out of our mail list. Any customer may request to not be added to our mail list at the time they place an order. We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. If ever there is a problem with email originating from Barry's Dancewear, please notify us by emailing manager@barrysdancewear.com or contact us at (480)946-3651 to advise us of the problem.
